Ingredients:
Dates
Oatmeal
African Herbswoman Bladderwrack powder
African Herbswoman Camu Camu powder
Peanut butter
Vegan chocolate
Plant-based milk
Maple syrup
cacao nibs
salt
Directions
Use a food processor to process 2 cups of dates
In a medium size bowl add 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal and add 1/2 Tbs of African Herbswoman Bladderwrack and Camu Camu powder and mix well
Mix the processed dates and herb oatmeal mix together. With your hands mash down the mix flat to form the first layer of the bar and place in the freezer to harden for 5-10 mins
Take your first layer out of the freezer and add your second layer of peanut butter and place back in the freezer
Melt 1 cup vegan chocolate with 1/4 cup of plant-based milk, 3Tbs of maple syrup if you would like it sweeter add more. Add melted chocolate to the top of your date bar
Sprinkle cacao nibs on top and salt
