Ingredients
Japanese Yams
Egg replacement ( Aquafaba + African Herbswoman Sea Moss )
African Herbswoman Cayenne powder + Turmeric Powder
Garlic powder, onion powder, herbamure
Directions
Grate the Yams š into a medium size bowl and add your seasonings
Make your egg replacement using Aquafaba- mix aquafaba with a hand mixer until foamy then add 1 Tbs of African Herbswoman Sea Moss
Mix the egg replacement with the Yams and seasonings And mold into hashbrown
Cook on stove until brown and put it in the oven on 350 for 10 mins
